Personal Training Assessment
This helps me determine common movement patterns and daily energy expenditure. Example: Is your job physically demanding, or sedentary? Feel free to provide more details.
Note: I highly recommend you consult with your doctor or healthcare practitioner before beginning a training program.
Goals & Preferences
In order to help you reach your goals, I first need to know exactly what those goals are. Examples: To lose weight, to improve strength, to gain muscle, to improve health, to feel better physically and/or mentally, etc.
Please note: When creating your training program, I will use my professional discretion when structuring your program. To avoid potential injury and/or overtraining, I do not offer online programs with more than 5 training days per week, and will not create a program with more training days than I believe to be safe for an individual.
Select the equipment you have access to and feel comfortable using:
- After selecting the type of program you would like, you will be directed to a detailed questionnaire. You will be asked questions pertaining to your health, goals, and training preferences, which will allow me to create a program based around your goals, resources, and personal preferences.
What You Get:
- A completely customized workout program, tailored to your goals, schedule, and training preferences. PLEASE NOTE: Your program will be emailed to you in 2-5 days from time of purchase, allowing me time to create your completely customized program.
- Every workout is structured for you, and includes both a warm-up and cool-down.
- Access to a video account where every exercise in your program is demonstrated. The videos are also captioned with written step-by-step instructions and form tips. (All videos are hyperlinked in your program. To access a specific video, simply click on the exercise in your program and you will be directed to that video demonstration.)
- A PDF file that can be opened on your phone, tablet, and computer, for convenient, lifetime access.
If you select a customized program WITH CHECK-INS:
- A 30 minute check-in with me every week, on a day of your choosing. I am accessible via email, text message, iMessage, and WhatsApp.
- We will use this time to discuss your training, and make any necessary or preferred modifications/substitutions to your program.
- We will discuss anything that pertains to your training. I will answer any questions you may have, and provide you with information, advice, and assistance every step of the way.
- Due to the nature of this product, all customized programs are non-refundable.
- You will not receive a program immediately upon purchase. Customized programs require 2-5 days (from time of purchase) to be prepared.
