DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No, this program does not require a gym membership. There are no machines or expensive equipment required. You can find a list of the required equipment below.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?
- A Flat Bench.
- Dumbbells (Preferably a lighter set for upper body exercises and a heavier set for lower body exercises.)
- A Swiss Ball
- A Flat resistance band (also known as a Pilates band) and a resistance band with handles. I recommend light to medium tension.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Weight plates, a pull-up band, a loop band, and a medicine ball.
IS THIS PROGRAM SAFE FOR BEGINNERS?
Absolutely! This program is great for beginners or those new to strength training All of the exercises are low-impact, there is no plyometric training (think box jumps, burpees, and squat jumps). Remember that simple doesn't mean ineffective.
HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK WILL I BE REQUIRED TO TRAIN?
There are 3 resistance training workouts every week. I have also included low-intensity cardio recommendations in the program, however cardio is completely optional.
IS THIS PROGRAM REFUNDABLE?
