Hi, I’m Steph, and this is my story:

In 2015, after years of battling with Depression and Anxiety, I turned to exercise with the hope that it would help to improve not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. I was deeply depressed, miserable in my own body, and desperate for change. And to my surprise, a lifestyle that began out of utter desperation, soon became my life’s passion. 

After losing 65 pounds, and improving my mental health immensely, I knew that I wanted to help others to feel better, and live better. I enrolled at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and completed my Personal Training Certification in May 2018. I am passionate about all things fitness, wellness, and mental health, and my mission is to help others to improve their physical and mental health, and become the very best version of themselves.
